Q - Can you assemble Flat Pack Furniture?

A - Yes we have a workshop which undertakes furniture assembly as a matter of course. We also assemble the fitted look bedroom furniture in the customer's home

 

Q - How much deposit should we pay?

A - Normally 20% secures an order, but in the case of the free standing fitted look bedroom furniture 40% deposit is required.

 

Q - What guarantee do you give?

A - All furniture we supply comes with a minimum 12 month guarantee although in the majority of cases if a problem occurs after that period we would endeavour to deal with it nevertheless.

 

Q - Do Furniture Options deliver?
A - Yes, we have our own dedicated delivery team who are highly experienced and are extremely helpful and efficient.

 

Q - What are the Furniture Options trading hours?
A - We are open the following times:

Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday 9:30am - 5:00pm
Sunday 10:30am - 4:00pm
